Belle robe rouge soutenue, brillante aux reflets bleutés. Le premier nez est marqué par des arômes fumés, puis suivent la cerise mûre et des notes de garrigue (thym, romarin). La bouche est très ronde, fruitée, riche, pleine et d’une très belle longueur. Les tanins sont très soyeux et ronds, la finale réglissée et épicée.

Beautiful deep, brilliant red with bluish tints. Smoke aromas emerge first on the nose followed by ripe cherry and garrigue herb notes of thyme and rosemary. The palate is very round, fruity, rich and full with substantial length. The tannins are very silky and round and the finish spicy and liquoricy.

Vinification traditionnelle. Eraflage total, cuvaison de 18 jours à température contrôlée (25°C maximum). Remontages, délestages et pigeages selon dégustation. Elevage en cuve dans le chai climatisé.

Traditional wine-making methods. Total destemming. 18-day vatting with temperature control (25°C maximum). Pumping-over, rack-and return and punching of the cap depending on tasting results. Tank ageing in an air-conditioned cellar.
